Role Overview:
Build and maintain core AI product and intelligence in health-tech
Design backend systems that balance speed with compliance and security
Set technical foundations for a generational startup
Shape both product and engineering culture
Tech Stack & Requirements:
Strong backend/infrastructure experience (Python, Node.js, or similar)
Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable AI applications
Healthcare compliance experience (HIPAA, data security)
Database design for sensitive health data
API development and microservices architecture
Compensation: Salary + meaningful equity as founding role
🤖 Founding AI Engineer
Role Overview:
Bridge AI research and real-world product building
Experiment with data and models to create scalable features
Work with unstructured data to generate insights for families and clinicians
Turn research concepts into production-ready AI solutions
Tech Stack & Requirements:
ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
Python for data science and ML development
Experience with LLMs and NLP for health data processing
